Responsibilities of the position include:

Assist Branch Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. This will include: payment application, customer statement generation and discount reports.

Performs basic accounting functions such as invoicing, matching tickets, processing purchase orders, and functional payroll.

Performs various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phones, preparing and distributing reports and maintaining records.

Assist management team in report generation, analysis and project work.

This position will include being the yard assistant with loading trucks for delivery, assisting the Operation Supervisor with other fork lift and trucking duties, primarily in the yard. This is a full time year round position in a fast paced work environment; exposed to the variable MN weather conditions.
