Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools, technical schools, and colleges with programs related to construction, estimating, and architectural drafting; explore technical schools and colleges outside of the company's marketing area that have programs related to construction, estimating, and architectural drafting, and make recommendations on how to effectively attract talent from outstate to the company's marketing area and execute such plans.

Identify additional sources of recruitment segments not limited to the veterans, agricultural, commercial, educational, religious, minority, ethnic, incarcerated groups and develop and maintain relationships with each viable group(s).

Develop literature/brochures/power points highlighting the company's marketing area and what it has to offer to attract local and outstate candidates.

Attend job fairs and coordinate on-site visits/presentations and tours between schools, groups, and CCC.

Interact with Location and Operations managers to determine hiring needs and time-to-fill deadlines and communicate/direct applicants to HR or appropriate location manager.

This position would require 20-30% travel within MN and occasional travel to WI, SD, ND, and IA.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human

Resource Management preferred or equivalent in related work experience. Previous office experience required with minimum of 1 to 3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferably in the building materials/construction industry. Recruiting within social media is preferred. Proficient in use of computer and MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a professional demeanor and commitment to customer service.
